Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake?!

YES!

You're not dreaming.

Seriously, pinch yourself. Go ahead.

Okay, not that hard... jeez. Masochist.

BUT LOOK!

A delicious, wonderful, chocolatey, smooth, cold, sweet treat for after your hard-core bad-ass workout.

ahhhh, sweet bliss.

What's in it:

  • a cup or so of vanilla soymilk (but it tastes good with water, too)
  • a scoop or two of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • a squirt of chocolate syrup (without High Fructose Corn Syrup!) - or just use cocoa powder!
  • a scoop of your favorite peanut butter
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
For the record, I would like to say that if you don't already have a Magic Bullet (or an off-brand), GET ONE. This little sucker changed my life. Well, my eating habits, at least. Throw your ingredients in, screw on the blade, stick it onto the base, and BLAM - you have yourself a killer smoothie to keep all to yourself.

I will only say this once (hah, totally false) - I LOVE SMOOTHIES. Smoothies, if made with the right ingredients, are giant cups of sweetness PACKED with nutrients.

A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away, after all.

Right?

No?

Well, bollucks. I'm going to have to get that tattoo removed...

Much love on this fantastic Friday!

**Today, call someone you haven't talked to in a while. You won't regret it!**

    1. Oh, Kaitlin... That's because it IS delicious! And I'm not kidding when I say it tastes like a peanut butter cup. In fact, if your sweet tooth is kicking you in the stomach or if you've had a particularly great workout, you could probably crumble up a frozen PB cup over the top. =]
